“My short summertime visit to Mammoth was made very comfortable in this condo. Although the weather was quite warm (87F) and there was no AC, the condo was nice and cool at night. The ceiling fans and the standing fan did a great job. Everything worked well. I was especially grateful for the ice maker!”

“My little ones loved the proximity to the playground and went there every day. My wife loved how close we were to Distant Brewing. The rest of the businesses on Old Mammoth Road were an easy walk in beautiful weather, but the condos are set back far enough from that thoroughfare on Chateau Road that there was never any traffic noise. The unit has excellent classic painting advertisements from European ski resorts, all the utensils needed for the kitchen, a comfortable couch, a good wood……

“The property was warm, clean, and had everything we need like from towels to appliances. Jess was extremely fast to respond to any questions. Walked to the mammoth coffee shop a 3 minute walk away which was the best start to the day!”

“Overall it was a good stay. If someone stays in the unit above you, you will hear them…..hope they go to bed early! Close to restaurants and not far from ski lifts, you can take a shuttle too from the room. It worked out for what it was! cheers”

The accommodations were exactly as advertised, the location was perfect, and the property managers were very helpful. It was a great vacation and we'll be back next year!”
