“We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5. Although a little of route it was a stop off on our way to La Rochelle. We found this a great restful break and a great start to our holiday. I’ve bases it all 5 stay on the price of the stay £140 for a family of 5. We had the 3 bedroom accomadtion and it had everything we needed. It is dated, but all in all a good stopping point for us as this is always difficulty for a family of 5.”

Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons pu nous promener dans l'enceinte du domaine, profiter du terrain de padel et sommes admiratives de la façon dont les proprétaires s'attaquent à cet énorme défi de faire revivre ce site extraordinaire en danger. "Great location for exploring Rouen If you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, I would definitely recommend the Mercure Rouen. Everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city really convenient. We stayed in a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds for the kids, which worked perfectly for us. The room faced the street, but it was surprisingly quiet, and the air conditioning was excellent — especially appreciated during the hot weather! The amenities are fairly minimal, but you have everything you need for a short stay. The gym is very basic and could definitely be better equipped. Overall, a very comfortable and practical base for a couple of days in Rouen, and we would happily stay again."

"We had a large room with queen-size bed, the bathroom was massive with a large hand basin but no shelves to put your toiletry bag, so I had to put it outside the bathroom. In my 40+ years of travelling around, it’s the first time a hotel doesn’t offer cups for rinsing teeth, or even for drinking. No hairdryer again, and I only realised after washing my hair after midnight. A room opposite us made squeaky noise every now and then, it was loud enough to wake us up early in the morning. Please lubricate all the doors🙏"
