We love Hotel Genio. We have stayed here in the past. It has a wonderful rooftop terrace with tables and a great view of the area from above. Wonderful place to sit after a day of exploration and share a bottle of wine. The breakfast is excellent with a great selection of foods. The hotel is clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. The property did not meet the standards we expected, and the overall experience was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues with the property and felt uncomfortable staying there. The condition of the accommodation was disappointing, and there were concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall quality of the room. The property did not feel properly prepared for guests. Communication and customer service were also frustrating. We expected the staff/management to be responsive and helpful when concerns were brought to their attention, but the situation was not handled in a way that made us feel valued as guests. Ultimately, we decided that the best option was to leave and find alternative accommodations rather than continue our stay. For the price we paid, the experience was completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully consider other options before booking. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to others.
