“It"s an ancient hotel, in the Corsican forest of Vizzavona. It's not luxurious but chilled enough to escape the heat on the coast. The surroundings are wonderful, especially the river. The restaurant is very good and the staff is efficient and polite.”
“it's not a bad place to stay, as the location is great. But I chose this over another and regret it. Staff is not friendly, or helpful. Hot tub was nice, not all jets work, pool was nice. Being on the side of the river didn't matter in the end - and I think we overpaid for what it was. Not horrible - good for a night, but not worth a premium. Other options on the road are closer to the citidel and hiking. This is in-between meaning neither is an easy walk.”
