Hotel Carmel is a nice property with a lovely lobby and also a jacuzzi! Staffs are so polite and sweet, breakfast is more tasty then expected :) The area is quiet and safe, only 5 mins walk and you can see the shops. Many good restaurants around and the bar next to Hotel Carmel is a very good option too (Brothy’s)! Overall the stay was excellent. Only the pillows and if you stay at lower level, you may hear the food steps clearly on the above level. Will be back again!

The property is beautiful and very clean. Very well maintained and the rooms are decorated beautifully. The grounds are kept perfectly. Ann was the person at checkin and she was awesome. We love the happy hour and breakfast. Everything was perfect. Thank you

We really liked the location of our room, #215; the convenience of the location of the hotel, the lovely fireplace and the outdoor firepit areas, breakfast was yummy and good quality, the selection of CD's in the lobby is wonderful! Suggestions for improvement: The biggest thing lacking is a microwave in the room, even if it is to reheat our coffee, tea etc..., the sangria needs to be improved, it is not tasty, too watery, offer red apples and bananas as well as granny smith apples. Thank you

the property is nice and clean and also has a nice design and fresh breakfast we arrived at 5 pm from 9 pm we didn't have electricity at all we left at 10 am we paid for one dark night and 2 rooms for 1.250$ it is way too much! day after the rate was 650 for the same two rooms !!!! i was disappointed they don't have at least a generator you can't stay in the rom with no pawer and it was cold and rain
