Great accommodation choice, this newly opened inn made me feel comfortable and clean, convenient parking, and cheap! My husband said we will book it again next time. This property had a very friendly and responsive staff. We arrived later and we got one of the last rooms left for the night, which was very nice and accommodating for the price we paid, but there was one minor issue, the flush valve on the toilet wasn’t working. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they quickly came to our room to see if there was an easy fix. After a few minutes of attempting to repair it, they decided to move us to another available room. The second room didn’t seem quite as updated as the first, but was still comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the toilet worked in this room. Toilet and shower/tub fixtures had much more wear and tear, but everything worked, so it was good enough for our one night stay. Monterey itself didn’t have many dining and entertainment options available for late arrivals, but that’s no fault of the motel. Overall, I would stay here again and I really appreciated the staff acting so quickly to address the issue with our first room!

We have stayed at this hotel twice no for easy access to cannery row and since its right down the street at a affordable price its been great. The bed is pillow top comfortable and the room is well kept with some wear and tear of a 2-3 star hotel but better than other 2-3 star hotels weve seen.
