Pet friendly room was very clean far beyond our expectations. Didn't need the ac in October. Beds were a little too stiff for me and my wife because of back conditions. Plus we are on the smaller side and the beds were raised unusually high. But overall, very happy we found and stayed at the Mariposa Inn with our pet.

The location and overall charm of the property are great. However the room was very dusty, dingy, and ill maintained. We had booked the townhouse suite which had a downstairs Murphy bed that looked like sheets had not been changed or cleaned. The sofa was stained and torn, lights and higher surfaces had layers of dust. The downstairs wall a/c smelled like mold when on. And bathroom showers looked like they were not cleaned. Location was great. We had to switch from a family suite to a basic room. The suite was dusty, the fan had so much dust and the stairs where dirty. There was no air conditioner upstairs only a dusty fan. Once they switched us room it was better, but the patio was a dirt we were not able to use it.
