This place was okay. Never stayed in Monterrey but all hotels in that area look old. The place was clean to the eye but pulled open the Murphy bed and it was disgusting behind it. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. They didn’t even have plates out. For the price I expected a little more.

Went to stay for a night at the hotel, staff was nice and room was clean upon arrival. However horrible storm knocked out power in a large portion of the area. We had no power from when we got back (around 8/9 pm-ish) until we checked out at 11 am. Politely asked the gal at the counter if there was any reimbursement available at all since we had no power… freezing cold room.. Nope. Got a stock response a manager likely wrote up saying since it wasn’t their fault there’s zero reimbursement. Look, I get it but I feel like when you book a stay you also pay for access to amenities like let’s see.. power, heat, etc. Was really hoping they’d at least offer something for the inconvenience, was very disappointed after looking forward to our stay for so long. Still going to try to call and see if they’ll make it right considering the cost of the stay.. :/..

We appreciated the landscaping (so many flowers!) and outdoor hot tub. The rooms were decorated nicely. If I had one suggestion it would be that the room floors could be cleaner. It can be tough with hard floors but we noticed sand/dirt sticking to our feet even when we first arrived and had not yet tracked our own dirt in.

Fast and friendly check in. Booked the room with a whirpool tub and fireplace and it looked just as the picture online. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and the hotel itself is pretty quiet, I only heard others a couple times. Continetal breakfast was muffins and bagels, small cereal and oatmeal cups, bananas, yogurts and some juice. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the room as it should. Best part was the double shower. We'll definitely stay here again.
