“Quiet”

“Canceled stay, staff indicated pool and hot tub were closed , waiting in Wyndham inspector to verify filter was replaced. I rented there because i wanted to utilize the pool a d hot tub. Reserved comfort inn. Additionally she mentioned the hotel next door was part of the days inn, could not be used because individuals paid more to stay. Days inn was approximately 90.00 less then Comfort Inn. I requested my money back and was told they could not because i purchased the insurance. Days inn should……
