"All the reviews were spot on! This place has an incredible location, is cozy and cute, is one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed, and the communication with the host was perfection!! "Breakfast was outstanding - definitely the best part of the stay. The parking lot and courtyard are gravel. There is no staff for checkin. The room was clean but furniture was worn. The air conditioner was a portable unit connected to a boarded up window. The place is in an old not spectacular residential neighborhood - not in walking distance to anyplace you would want to go. My wife loved the place - I didn’t. I selected this place because it had extremely high ratings. I certainly wouldn’t rate it high. In my opinion, the worst place we stayed on our 10 day trip. "

"We just love staying at the lodge at Angel fire. The hotel and room are always clean with ample space. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and hard working (especially Phillip at the front desk). My boys absolutely love the pool and hot tub. And, not to mention the incredible location in Angel fire. This was our 4th or 5th visit and we have never found anything to complain about. "
