"Staff was great. There was mold in my bathroom. Good People working there though"

"The lighting was difficult to deal with. Those bulbs that are almost blue light emitting, not warm or soft at all. I had about 3 spiders that dropped down from the ceiling. The room seemed old, but was newly painted, in bright white. When I turned the heat unit on. It smelled like urine, but the next day it was better. Maybe the room had just been empty for awhile. Overall, the second day was 4 star. The first a two star. Front staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't complain to them. I figured it wasn't their fault."

"They never clean you room place was loud and dirty.. very unsafe some rooms had 20 people in them no employees on site "

"The breakfast was okay. I'm not a fan of not having individual yogurt or milk. It's not easy to just grab and go especially for a person who was on a tight schedule. I missed breakfast all together one morning due to given wrong time. "

"The hotel is nice, but the rooms could use some upgrading. The information page was outdated, so it didn't have accurate info for where the light switches were or how to use the fireplace. The shower stayed damp all day even with the door hooked open and had a mildewy smell. The room was definitely cleaned well, but it's dated. The smart tv would consistently cut out and would have been nice to have been able to swivel it for better viewing. Also, the remotes were missing backs. It's the little things that add up, but currently I'd stay here again. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it's close to restaurants and shopping."

"The bathroom floor was not clean; dried dirt/grit in the corners. The entry of the office had something spilled on the vinyl sofa where I could not sit. We parked in front of our door and someone hit our vehicle. The office went above and beyond to pull video footage and worked with the police until the man was found. Thank you guys! Even though it is an older facility, I would stay there again because of the care we received."
