Western Suburbs Kid friendly Vacations

Carol from the front desk was fantastic and made my experience unforgettable. My flight to Newark, NJ was unfortunately diverted to Chicago and eventually canceled due to weather. Comfort Inn was one of the only few hotels available to book last minute. Carol was extremely welcoming when I arrived at 1pm. My time at Comfort Inn was extremely limited, but the experience is something I won't forget. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and staff were very kind.

The Property is centrally located which is very helpful. During our stay the housekeeping staff did not get to our room until after five. The next day we came back to our room around 6 and the room had not been touched . It was nice to have breakfast available but I would have like to have more variety. It was the same menu for the 3 days we were there. At times some items were not refilled as quickly as we would have liked. It would have been nice to have an ATM in the lobby. although there was a bar and restaurant on the property they didn't appear to be open.
