While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I realize that the hotel can't do much about it, but I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms were also very cramped.

The room was very well laid out, bed comfortable! Staff was outstanding, very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the door! We arrived early due to a conference and they kept our luggage until our room was ready and when we checked out…conference not being over until the afternoon! Enjoyed the bar…food and drinks all very good in a relaxing area. A little walk to convention center mostly due to construction but definitely doable.

I was only there for 8 hours before our next softball game. The floors were dirty. The counter we put stuff on was dirty. Maybe wax on it couldn’t tell. Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet.
