"Das Appartment ist voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Zu zweit geht es von der Größe her. Mehr Personen wird eher schwierig. Zum übernachten ist es aber mehr als ausreichend. Man kann an den Strand laufen, aber zurück geht es sehr den Berg hoch. Ist aber zu schaffen wenn msn gut zu Fuß ist. Der Balkon ist sehr schön weil man das Meer sieht. Sehr gut ist, dass man einen eigenen Parkplatz hat."

"I had a fantastic 8 days in Étretat staying at the Royal Tennis. Isabelle was there when I arrived and helped me to settle in. The apartment was outfitted like a small efficiency unit with everything I needed. Best of all, it is only a very shot 400m walk to Downtown and far enough away that (except for the herring gulls) it was very quiet at night."

"Excellent location and appartement was nicely furnished and was a nice size. Free parking was very close but it was a holiday weekend so the town was very busy and the parking was a bit challenging. I think the price is very good but I found the extra charge for the sheets and towels pricey."

"Location is excellent with just a five minute walk to the centre of Honfleur and the basin. Having private parking was excellent and in Honfleur is essential. Property was clean and adequate size for two people.Good wifi and really powerful shower. The property requires some tic with a strong smell of damp in the bathroom. Also for us an essential safety feature was that the smoke alarm in the kitchen had been removed because the battery was flat in this. We did purchase a new one and refitted...

"Prima verblijf, met een binnentuintje waar de zon binnenkomt. Geen handleidingen bij magnetron, inductiekookplaat (2-pits) en functioneren tv en wifi. Een set beddengoed en badhanddoeken voor 14 dagen. Dat was erg, erg weinig. Geen stofzuiger of dweilmop voor de tegelvloer. Was erg handig geweest. Wel stoffer en blik. Dus houd daar rekening mee bij boeken. Verder leuke locatie midden in de oude stad."
