“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Property was clean and very comfortable, located close to ski/bike resort and 30 mins from Québec City. Only thing was we were there in a heat wave and there is only one portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms so made for some uncomfortable evenings in a loft unit.”

“Excellent place. Clean, has everything you need and in a terrific neighborhood. We had a terrific time. It is super close to Quebec City (old Quebec) and the neighborhood is pack with youth and life. I strongly recommended. We will be back. Ahh, we slept very well. Super quiet! ”

“We spent a couple of extra days in Mont Sainte Anne as a major winter storm passed through the area. This studio unit worked well for two (non-attached) guys. The pullout bed was comfortable. The unit was quite well-equipped in the kitchen, able to easily make dinner. Having the underground garage made access so easy. The lift ticket booth is less than the 30m distance advertised! Convenience could not be beat. Can’t think of any downsides or points for improvement. ”
