Great hotel for a quick overnight stay if you are making connecting. Make note Uber may not be available at the hotel but lots of other taxi options.

Hamoton Inn and Suites is a good standard hotel, very well located for the West Island and the airport.

The staff on the phone were lovely. My husband ended up in emergency back home so I turned around and went home and never stepped foot inside the hotel. So my disappointment was not from them it was that I had used an expedia credit and had to loose my reservation. I did call to tell the desk that I would not be checking in and they apologized that they could do nothing for me. I understood and told them I just wanted them to know I would not be there. More for a curtesy on my part. Some day I hope to have just one night away. But that doesn’t ever seem to be in the cards for me!!

Agent was nice but did not inform me that my room was at the very end of the hotel. It would have been nice to know as I would have driven there with my car instead of walking. I found some hair on the bathroom floor, other than that it’s a clean and well manicured hotel.

This property is at an amazing location - right off the highway. The whole hotel was super clean, modern looking and well laid out. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the well equipped gym for activities. The free breakfast was delicious and an actual breakfast with all of the fixings. We will be returning for sure.

Nice hotel, good location to get to most things, airport, shopping etc. staff were pleasant. Rooms clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast set up was efficient but a bit tasteless.

I liked everything but I think the garbage sorting could have been made apparent to guests, or the materials given out in the breakfasts could be more eco-friendly in terms of packaging.

i stay here every month when i am in town for work. the location is convenient however the last 2 times i have stayed it was very very noisy. The monday morning, there was drilling around 8am and i heard people staying aboe me at 630am. If you are looking for convienient location with no hopes of sleeping, this is the place for you. Additionally, the night staff working at front desk could not give me an itemized receipt for snacks i bought which i need in order to expense purchases for my business trip.

The place is very nice, comfortable, and the location is convenient, especially if you need to use airport. The area around has plaza with stores.
I recommend this place to stay, if you are travelling by car.

The lady receptionist assigned at night - why did I forget to ask her her name - was so flexible, kind and accommodating. She's indeed a gem! The guy assigned after her duty was also helpful. Thanks a lot!
I specially like the free coffee, tea and hot water provided at the reception area 24 hours, what a thoughtful gesture!
It was a very comfortable stay having been in a quiet and clean hotel/room. It would have been perfect if there were a shuttle service.
