This was the SMALLEST hotel room I've ever seen. We took it for the four beds... but the person on the bottom bed could not even sit up. We couldn't all stand in the room at the same time. The bathroom was also the SMALLEST I've ever seen; our camper's bathroom seemed bigger. The front desk staff were very confusing about the parking garage entrance ... and one of them almost slammed the door down on my car. On the positive side: Breakfast was OK (coffee, tea, juices, croissants, toast, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs). Parking was reasonably priced. Location was a close walk to many different places, like the main park and Old Montreal. Staff spoke French and English.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We accidentally reserved a room that wasn’t good for our family of four, and they helped us move to a more comfortable room. The rooms are European size I would say. Very nice but tight. The place is clean and the breakfast croissants were amazing! We didn’t find parking at the hotel so we had to find it ourselves elsewhere. Very good location!

I find the front staff lacking eagerness to help. They were okay, not rude but I had this impression that most of them not sincere. The check in was at 3pm but we came 20 min earlier and was asked to wait till 3 because the rooms were not ready yet. 3pm came but the rooms were still not ready. Waited again at the lobby for another 10min. I walked over to the front desk to do a follow up and then the staff found out that one room was ready. As I have said, I found some staff not sincere and seems annoyed. By the way, the room was so compact that 8 of us in one room can hardly move around. For the second room, I have to follow up again and again, the staff felt annoyed (by the sound of her voice). So we waited again and I decided that I to go the lobby. Not knowingly, the room was finally ready (after more than half an hour) and I saw the same lady staff in the elevator (I think she delivered the key). To my surprise, she did not say anything to me regarding the room being ready! The only good thing about this place is the location. Behind it is a china town, a mall close by and most of the tourist spots are walking distance.

Rooms are small but have all basic amenities. Breakfast was very good. Staff excellent. The main drawback in our room was the lack of cold water from the bathroom sink and shower, there was only hot water!

Except for big-city sirens, my top floor room was very quiet. Longest wait for an elevator was well less than a minute, in my mind a good score in an affordable, 11th floor hotel room. Location is excellent, just a few blocks from Rue St Catherine and a pleasant walk to Old Montreal. There is an indoor, walking connection across (well, almost across) street from hotel to Place des Arte, via the Complex Dejardin (an amazing shopping and dining mall comlex, and....more). Book early for the Jazz Festival!

Only one night. The room was very small with a bathroom that you could not turn around in. Would have been an adventure if I was travelling with my spouse. The evening I was there it was a little noisy in the hallway with guests hanging out there. Suspect given the small rooms, if you wanted to visit, that was the only option. Front desk were pleasant, although in the morning for check-out there was only one person and a line up. I stored a bag for the day which was no problem.

Very small roo. For 2 people beds were a large single not twin had electrical cables hanging out under the table very unsafe. Waaaaaay over priced i would say more of a cash grab because if the weekend. Would not recomend to anyone to stay there. Not a big breakfast selection bouled eggs croisants and cereal thats it

The place was very clean, and very conveniently located. we could walk to Old Montreal or downtown, and to the rail station. Chinatown is just a block away for lots of food options. The mall is across the street with food courts and a grocery store. I would stay here again. Just be aware of the square footage and don't just go by the pictures as the wide angle lens always makes things appear bigger. The twin bed/twin bunk room was very tight. Not sure how 4 people would fit comfortably as the bunks are so low you can't sit on the bed underneath. Breakfast was fine, but the exact same everyday. For the price and location, it was worth it though.

They didn’t have parking, I kept driving around for over 50mins just looking for a parking. It was so hectic since I had already drove 7hrs from Toronto to Montreal and needed to rest.
