I absolutely loved my stay! The hotel and my room were spotless, the staff was super friendly, service was great, and it is located in a convenient location. The only thing that I wish wasnt happening was the construction right outside the hotel and inside all the days I was there but it’s not something you can control.

The hotel was nice, very well located, clean and quiet, the room we were in was big and comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly, with a big complement to Jade the concierge manager who was a very kind and caring person making us feel great since our arrival. Tks Jade! As for the restaurants in the hotel. The terrace has a nice environment, friendly staff, but the food we thought it was overrated. Not as good as we expected, and funny enough, in the 2 times we’ve been there we were served by the restaurant’s manage, and we didn’t have a good experience. We had the feeling he was not ok speaking in English/and or he didn’t care about giving a good service, he was rushed and didn’t get our order right in both times. I thought it was very unfortunate because that set our experience in that restaurant. And on our first night, I ordered a burger for my son, in the other hotel restaurant, that was supposed to arrive in 40min, after 1 hour I called them back and they said they lost my order slip but they were making right away and will send it in 20min. 30 minutes have past, the burger was still not there, my son had already slept and I Cancel the order. They didn’t even care trying to make that up. It was very upsetting. So apart from Jade, bc of the restos experience we didn’t leave with a good impression of our stay. The hotel is great, but go eat somewhere else.

Beautiful boutique hotel with top notch service. Love the rooftop bar/restaurant. Ridiculous construction on nearby streets made it very difficult to get our car to the hotel. It took 30 minutes to drive around the block. We were pretty annoyed when we arrived. They upgraded our room to a auite without asking. Room included a jetted tub for 2 and electric fireplace. Beauty wall of windows that opened to the street below. Bars nearby made for some noise at night but still worth it.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Nelligan in Old Montreal. Location was wonderful, plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions all within walking distance. Staff was very helpful; we felt well-taken care of. The only downside was the street construction less than a block away, something they obviously had no control over. The staff did their absolute best to help compensate for that, particularly the valet staff, ( we drove). Not cheap, but worth the spurge in order to make a lasting memory of Old Montréal.

This is our 2nd time staying at Hotel Nelligan. We love the hotel, location, staff and dining options. The only thing we would recommend this time around is that the jacuzzies are looked at as ours turned on every night after midnight and jolted us out of our sleep.

Nice hotel, wonderful staff, easy walking distance to the best of Vieux Montreal. Unfortunately lots of street construction and noisy bar across the street during our stay.
