"We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful. "The room and stay was fine. The staff on the other hand, the attitude off a few was not very friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get answers to simple questions. Also, I booked my room at night due to some personal matters, and was unable to check in because no one was available at the reception desk - something I am definitely not used to. So I had to find another hotel to stay in which meant I had to pay again. They allowed me to stay for the nights I booked but I did not need to stay an extra night. They would not refund me and I could not refund on expedia because the check-in time had passed. Wasted money. I suggest giving guests the option to pay when they arrive if staff isn't available around the clock. That way, I could have avoided paying more than I intended to. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. "
