All staff were great, but the men at the front desk, a young man in the restaurant and a middle aged lady at the restaurant were just outstanding! “Ficamos no conforto o ano passado e não acreditei como caiu a qualidade. Só o restaurante continua excelente. Se não fosse pelo pessoal do restaurante e pela comida daria apenas 1 estrela. Quarto-meio velho, desgastado e sem muito conforto. Recepção-nomal/indiferente Valet-chegamos mais cedo pra fazer o check in e parecia desconfiado não querendo que a gente parasse o carro. Falou que estava cheio e depois perguntamos a recepção e falaram que tinha vaga.”

“La propiedad está casi en el centro de la ciudad y tiene un desayuno super bien completo, además del servicio de parqueo de autos gratis. La habitación no estaba tan buena pero tenía algo de confort , si un poco vieja pero bueno para descansar estaba bien . La vista muy buena en el piso 18\. El personal muy amable y atento. Solo necesitamos una piscina , áreas de juego y un spa. Mejorar un poco las condiciones del local y será el hotel ideal”
