Hyatt Place Warwick / Providence Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Aida Sosa at the front desk was so lovely and welcoming to me and my family. The hotel looks brand new. Our room was spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was top notch. And I loved the lobby work spaces. What really put Hyatt Place over the top is that we inadvertently left swimsuits behind and Aida quicker FedExed them to us. Fantastic customer service! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

Cedar Park Whirlpool Suites

8/10 Good

"Kind and helpful staff. The room was pretty bare and basic and not updated but it served its purpose and was clean. We didn't have a whirlpool tub in our room but it smelled like chlorine when we walked in. They have a free breakfast buffet with the basics including waffles. No place to refill our water bottles but they did sell water for $1 a bottle in the office. They had a limo sitting there available to take people to and from the casino."

"Our stay was wonderful! The room was clean, quiet and extremely comfortable! The bed was amazing and it had to have been one of the best rests I have had in such a long time! The reception staff was so welcoming and extremely helpful. I was able to request a later check out (although the keys stopped working at the 11am time) the staff was very helpful and all was fixed within minutes. The breakfast was very good. And had a nice display of hot and cold items. The coffee was delicious. Overall with the convenience, price, cleanliness, great hospitality and fantastic room I have to say it is by far one of the better places I have stayed and would highly recommend this hotel "
