The cottage on the water is truly immaculate and relaxing, from the wonderful decor to top notch cleanliness, we were so happy that we get to celebrate our 10 years anniversary weekend here. Very quiet and private, highly recommended

Great space, relaxing and warm. The room was a nice and big with a nice bathroom. The kitchen was clean and stocked. The sitting area had games and there is a list of local spots if you’re not familiar with the area and the staff was very hospitable. I will definitely stay there again!

Once we pulled into the driveway, we felt the stress of the real world melt away. Jodie made us feel at home.from the second we checked in. We stayed in the 1807 house and was not disappointed, as a fan of the old time craftsmanship of.the early homes. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast each morning was perfect, not too much of a portion where you felt stuffed, and Scott cooked things perfectly. We stayed at the hotel because of a concert, but our stay was so nice that my fiancé wants to go back for no reason at all except to stay at the hotel. The property and rooms were super clean, breakfast provided many options and was delish, and we felt safe even on the first floor. It was also extremely convenient to the Mohegan Sun Arena without the price tag of having to stay at the Mohegan Sun Resort. It was the perfect choice!

Ten minutes from Mohegan Sun. Nice large room. Included breakfast was great. Really nice pool & hot tub. Plenty of free parking.

A antique quaint property with a nearness to many things to do. The proprietor was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Convenient location. Very nice decor and efficient staff

Great place to stay. Staff were friendly. Food in restaurant was very good. There was still food in the refrigerator from the previous guest but that is minor. Very close to Mohegan we went to see a concert there. All and all I would recommend and definitely stay there again. We loved it.

You were a little worried about coming to this property because of other reviews but I have to say that we had an amazing time at this hotel. Our room walked right out to the pool. The hotel is across the street from junkanoo beach. It’s about two minutes away from the fish fry. The room was very nice. There were some things that didn’t work properly but nothing we couldn’t get over. The staff was really helpful and amazing there. I would stay here again, especially at a really good price.

Good coffee (which is rare) and plentiful breakfast. Although chilly outside, always nice stepping through those warm doors. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is the only place we will stay in Groton.
