Great staff and we had a good time in the tipi. The person working in the cafe named Nick was was really cool and we sat and talked to them for a long time. All the staff were friendly and nice!

Our family had a great time staying in one of the wagons on this property….just right for our “camping” experience. Shower houses and restrooms could use a little more attention but we had a blast!

It’s extraordinary the property, but the bathrooms are filthy and the floors falling through everyone that worked there were very kind

Staff was unapologetic and blamed Expedia for not telling us we needed to bring linen and towels and we were forced to pay $30 for sheets and two towels. Wagon was set right next to horse pens, odor was bad, horses and people in next wagon made noise all night and then staff started a diesel tractor 20 feet away from our wagon at 4:40 am and let it idle for 5 minutes, while talking and then drove it around while feeding horses. Signage says "quiet time 10 pm to 6 am" "Wranglers start at 6am.....NOT 4:40....

The view and location is amazing if visiting Grand Tetons. We arrived as they were rounding up a bunch of horses and seeing them gallop through the ranch was amazing!! Think of this as one step above camping. The Conestoga wagons are close together and there is horse/dog feces all around the wagons so watch your steps. Shower/bathroom facilities are pretty gross. We arrived at 8 pm and left by 6 am, so only used it as a place to crash and move on during our vacation. Price was great for the location and convenience, but keep your expectations in check and it'll work.

I absolutely loved the view! Best ever! We stayed in a teepee, it was pretty run down and there were several that had fallen down and left as they had fallen which was concerning. The bathroom was terrible, one working sink and two working showers. It flooded most everyday. The food in the cafe was great! The service was great and watching the horses run everyday was the best. For the money, it was spot on. I honestly had the best time and the staff was phenomenal. I would go back. In fact we stayed an extra night!

The teepee is not for tough weather. The night we stayed, it was pouring. The teepee was leaked so one of the bed was wet all over. There is quite some distance from teepee and hotel office. With the rain, we could not even ask for a change. There are quite a few teepees in proximity so it gets very noisy at night when people talk. The bedding and blanket cost extra, which is fine but they are not warm enough for a rainy night. In common area, one out of three shower was broken, one out of the two bathroom was broken.
