"Great value hotel. Excellent staff where nothing is too much trouble. Room functional and comfortable. Great grounds. Only issue we had was evening meal did not come up to scratch. Excellent breakfast."

"Our room was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was very nice and served in a beautiful dining room. Unfortunately, a wedding was taking place the day we checked in. The wedding festivities continued (loud music, louder singing and screaming) until 4 am!!!! Tried to contact staff from 1 am but no one was available. I understand the wedding guests were happily celebrating but a cutoff time (such as midnight) should have been a part of the wedding venue agreement. The following day when I spoke to reception about the noise and our lack of sleep, I was told they could not prohibit the wedding guests from partying all night long! We were a party of 6 adults, staying in 3 rooms. We were very disappointed with our stay and the lack of involvement by the hotel staff. We will not be recommending this hotel or returning."

"The hotel was clean and easy to find as there are signposts for all the hotels. It is very close to all the tourist attractions too. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and we would not normally of had it , but there was not much open for that sort of thing in the square. The receptionist was not over friendly and it seemed like it was a chore for her to help us , especially when I asked her to order us a taxi on one of the days. "

"The hotel overall was very good, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of options. However, the carpet in the room had a very strong smell of dampness and mould, and it felt quite dirty because of the humidity. This was the only negative point during our stay. Apart from that, everything else was very good."

"We stayed one night room was damp the hotel really need to be brought in to the 21st century was put on top floor when limited mobility problems will not recommend to anyone the shower was a a small amount of water , was like a portaloo setting could not turn around in shower lamps at side of bed was broken"

"Convenient location . Only 20 minutes by bus to Lille. Take L5 bus to town. Good breakfast. Room has kettle with coffee and tea. Free parking below hotel."
