They closed the pool, fitness center, and all added amenities nearly 2 hours early for no specified reason. This absolutely RUINED our vacation experience that we chose to spend with Best Western. We asked multiple front desk attendants and they couldn’t give a real reason as to why they were closed. Definitely not worth the money you pay for the room. I would not recommend to anyone seeking a fun experience with family or friends.
