"Checking was at 14h00 and only they gave us the key after 15h00. The place wasnt clean, mayonase in the oven, bathrooms dirty and the towels were still drying in the dryer. No soap or shampoo to bath. The place had a bad odour. Vomit in the passage outside the apartment without cleaning. We expected way more as it was supposed to be a presidential suite and penthouse, but we stayed on the 12 floor and there were 14 floors. What we paid for is not what we got. Im sorry but we wont recommend this...

"We booked Graystone 77, but where on arrival told to go to Hydropak without further explanation. We contacted the accommodation a week before arrival to fix time and check in. Extremely slow and unfriendly reply. In fact up to our arrival at the city had no clarification at all. The accommodation had no TV and no internet working, only one towel per person ( no hand towel or face cloths), there was 1 wine glasses for 4 of us, shower tap etc loose. It’s right on a extremely busy street and...
