Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was good and a wide variety - they even offered quick grab to-go bags. Bed was super hard and walls are a little thin.

The staff was pleasant when we checked in as well as at breakfast. There was a bus full of people so breakfast was hectic. However the staff worked efficiently and kept the food plenished and the area cleaned. Very impressed!

Immediately after walking in the door, we were greeted by two hotel staff and offered fresh baked cookies. The property was spotless and would highly recommend anytime you are in the Smoky Mountain area.

I wish we could have stayed here longer. We travel alot and have stayed at many different hotels, but this one so far is the best. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast amazing with many options. Location is perfect as well, no issue finding a parking space.

This hotel is clean, well maintained, feels nice and smells nice. The area is nice and safe and there are plenty of food options nearby. Also, they serve fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evenings, which is a nice touch. The breakfast is fine. The amenities are sufficient. However, the beds are hard. If you’re ok with a super firm mattress, it will be fine. The staff were very hospitable. I’d stay here again.

We come to Dandridge throughout the year to visit family and I think we have stayed at all the hotels in the cluster around this one. I will say, this one was the most updated, with the most comfortable rooms. Great darkening shades (that you need) and the only issue was still being able to hear the highway at night so earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. Very helpful and friendly staff.
