I think it essentially depends on where you get placed - annex, arch house or in the pub etc, as to what the rooms are like rather than your booking. “Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there. The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.  We had several issues regarding the room. When we arrived at 4pm we had to wait for it to be serviced.  It was apparent...

“The restaurant was excellent, Sunday lunch was best I’ve had for a long time so we dined there the following night as well. The breakfast was excellent - the residents breakfast included continental breakfast with ham to carve yourself which melted in your mouth and a choice of hot breakfast - gorgeous eggs royal with generous helping of smoked salmon.”
