“Very helpful and welcoming staff”

“Room nice and spacious. Breakfast great. Restaurant lovely Carpets need a good clean in accommodation. Noisy deliveries from 7am. We put drinks on room during day time; then were charged for all of them on dinner receipt (therefore we were charged service charge on daytime bar drinks). Bizarre given we had added card to room for that exact purpose (I didn’t want to have a card allocated to room, but was told it wasn’t optional, then had bill presented at dinner anyway). Was almost like they……

“Loved this posh B&B. Beautiful old building set in a delightful town. Great base to explore places like Wells next the Sea, Sheringham, Holkham and Blakeney. Friendly attentive staff. Lovely food. Comfortable room. The attention to detail made it even better. Goodnight cookies shaped like moons. Free after dinner chocolates in the residents only bar. Welcome biscuits in the room. Complimentary toiletries that smelt yummy. Loved reading about their 25 year journey and looking at all the photos.……

“What stood out immediately was the cheerful and helpful staff. Well done to all - from the guy who checked us in to the one who made breakfast for us. Very comfortable room with good facilities We only stayed for one Sunday night so managed to get a parking space but I doubt that would happen again during the week or in high season. Double yellow lines everywhere so would need to go to a parking lot. Not sure how much that was.”

“What a find! A little place steeped in history, pub on the doorstep and Wells next the Sea just 5 minutes away. If you love cricket and horses, then this is about perfect! Lots of little details catered for: welcome pack; toiletries; lots of outdoor seating; dog treats; hairdryer; corkscrew and a comfy bed. The hot tub is welcome after a day of exploring. Had a super stay - thank you.”
