“We enjoyed the location with the scenic view! The hotel customer service between the reception staff to room service was excellent and very helpful! Each time we needed assistance planning trips, taxis, and ferry, the staff was knowledgeable and offered their full attention which was very assuring to travelers like us! I also really appreciated the shuttle service and breakfast which made things super convenient and enjoyable! Ask staff for activity/tour tips, they are a source of great……

We did not utilize the pool or spa and spent our days seeing the ruins of Herculaneum, Oplontis, Villa San Marco, and Villa San Ariana. Wee hadd seen Pompeii before. We also travelled to Naples and saw the docks, saw the Duomo, and saw the amazing MANN (MUSEO ARCHEALOGICA NATIONALE NAPLES`0.”

“The front desk staff were super responsive, helped arrange transport to the airport. The continental breakfast was very nice and the expresso coffees were great. The terrace restaurant was nice for dinner overlooking the ocean. Used the gym downstairs once, big gym lots of good equipment but a little dirty around the floors which was not to my standards for a gym. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked amazing. ”
