“Instalaciones bonitas pero mal mantenidas. El check-in desastroso (la recepción cierra pronto y no nos dejaron la llave por lo que tuvimos que reclamarla telefónicamente). Los compromisos de HOTELS en relación al trato VIP no se cumplieron y nos dieron excusas incoherentes. En definitiva, buenas instalaciones que podrían estar en mejor estado y atención muy deficiente. A tener en cuenta que no hacen la habitación a diario!!!.”
