"Very clean hotel, affordable, lots of amazing amenities and you can choose all sorts of shampoo's, conditioner and body washes. They had an ac and air purifier in the room along with a water dispenser. I do think it's a smoking room but I couldn't smell much smoke so it was perfectly fine. I enjoyed and would 100% stay again for the cost. The one downside is the parking is difficult and you absolutely have to be comfortable parking backwards and in a small area. Otherwise no complaints"

This place is a total gem. They only have 11 rooms so the staff really gets to know everyone. Amazing staff. The rooms were so cute and comfortable. There's a fun little place to eat Okonomi a minute away, but not much else in this quiet neighborhood. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can get a breakfast basket in the morning. Hiroshima Station is an easy 15 minute walk away. Delightful stay.

We has a wonderful stay here! It is a very cozy apartment on the top floor. There are no elevators in the building, which was not a problem for us. The space was quiet and felt roomy for four people. All the amenities worked great including the airconditioners. We appreciated how close the place was from the Hiroshima Station - a quick 10 minute walk. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. We recommend this place to everybody!

Our first trip to Hiroshima, so obviously our first trip to this hotel. Great location, easy to walk to streetcar stops, convenience stores, Peace Center, restaurants. Hotel has a very welcoming check-in area on the 14th floor, which has a panoramic view of the downtown Hiroshima area. We enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks as we watched the sun set. A good stay in Hiroshima at the Mercure - centrally located and about a 20min walk from the train station or take a short tram ride from the station. One thing that drew us to this hotel was the washer/dryer combo in the room. They also provide detergent. We were able to get three loads of laundry done BUT it takes approx 3.5hrs for each load (washing and drying) so plan accordingly. The hotel is immaculate and staff are very polite. They have an area for snacks and drinks in the lobby...
