“The room I was in smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a refund since I wouldn’t be staying there. My boyfriend offered me a room at his place. I walked up to the counter about 20 minutes after checking in not opening anything or dirtying anything asked for a refund which your site says I am entitled to and they said no

“I appreciated that the hotel room had plenty of places for electronics. Dislikes: the elevator jumps, stating pool at end of the hall when it is out the door and around the corner, keys stop working and having to go downstairs for a reset, the AC barely working, staff always smoking or not helpful, and the room not even getting fully clean when "room service" happened.”
