“NOT AS IT APPEARS IN THE AD”

“We stayed here for a few days while in town for a family funeral. It was a lovely, quiet spot during a difficult time. But I would love to come back in better times. There are so many thoughtful touches like a kid-size picnic table, fire pit, etc. it’s definite designed for fun family times. Renting the two cabins together with family or friends would be a lot of fun. Low ceilings in the bedroom and bath, but my 6’5” husband could stand up fine. This was a great find!”

“I wasn't even able to stay at this property. As soon as we arrived on Friday afternoon, apparently there was a "nation-wide" system blackout issue and the front desk was not able to check us in to our room. We had just traveled 7 hours from South Florida, extremely tired and ready to settle in... only to find out we could not check into our room. Why is there not some back-up mechanism in place to check guests in if there's a system blackout? In my opinion that is unacceptable. We ended up……

“The room was spacious and had everything you needed for your stay. The breakfast was good and the pool and sunna was well kept. I enjoyed my stay”

“Nice place to stay in Bainbridge. Lots of history as this is the oldest house in both the town and the county. Easy to check in and check out, and very helpful staff. We had to leave early, so we didn’t get to have the breakfast.”

“The room had stains on the wall and the bed had bleach stains. There were outlets falling out of the sockets which is extremely dangerous. When I told the front desk the woman did not apologize or offer a different room. She said I couldn’t be refunded due to me not coming back to the office within the first hour of booking. I was also charged for an extra night and it took forever to get someone on the phone about it. One man was helpful but the manager had to complete the refund all together.……

“Beautiful property...an idyllic cottage beautifully decorated is on a farm, out of the way, but only 22 minutes from Thomasville, Ga, and only an hour from Tallahassee. The a/c was easy to adjust for comfort and the bed comfortable. We stayed a few nights to attend our granddaughter's graduation from FSU. The price was excellent, and the property was quiet and serene. It was a wonderful retreat after a busy day in Tallahassee. Melissa was very responsive to all communications. It was a joy……
