“We booked a two-night stay (Friday and Saturday) at this property, hoping to relax after a long four-hour drive with our four-year-old granddaughter. Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Filthy Accommodations Our first room was completely uncleaned. There was a huge puddle of what looked like spilled soda on the TV dresser that had leaked all the way down to the desk. When I went back to the lobby to request a new room, the front desk attendant offered a half-hearted……

I love that the pool was inside as I could swim when I wanted, and the exercise room was helpful when I felt like doing a mini workout. The breakfast was really good and the staff made sure there was an abundance of everything to eat. The hotel felt very secluded, but was near a lot of restaurants and stores. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here.”

“Absolutely filthy. Pool was not open, there is not a restaurant, as well as no workout room. Completely empty. Staff was very very unhelpful as well as lied about the rooms. I did not receive the rooms I booked and was stuck in a smaller room that cost the same price as the one I did. When shown my booking they could care less, especially the older lady with pink hair. I have no clue who owns the place, even though I asked for them. I think all the people who work here live here. You share a……

“Nice place to stay in Bainbridge. Lots of history as this is the oldest house in both the town and the county. Easy to check in and check out, and very helpful staff. We had to leave early, so we didn’t get to have the breakfast.”
