"No, It was confusing. They should of told us they have shuttle. It was never offered for our first timers so we did not even use it until we are back from our vacation and found out they have shuttles "

"Staying in a suite “the Prestige “ my expectations were higher than received. I’ve stayed at the Lofts at MGM and Bellagio Penthouse Suite. Unfortunately the Venetian does not compare. Your staff moral is extremely low. The amenities in the suites poor. I had to ask for slippers. Only one bar of soap. It was my first time and I was disappointed. "

"I checked in on 4/5 and the Check in was torture. There were huge lines and I had to wait in line for more than an hour. We were a part of 5 families and I had earlier requested to accommodate rooms for all of us on the same floor which was accepted over the service call but was denied during checking in. we all got different floors. After that it was all smooth and no issues"
