“Ian’s cabin was an excellent place to stay near Mount Hood! The cabin was a perfect and peaceful place with everything we needed. Ian also had several recommendations for hikes and restaurants in his guest book that were perfect to go check out. Highly recommend but will note for those that may not notice in the listing there is no WiFi and very little to no cell signal. ”

“This was our visit to the area, and this place was great! Comfortable sleeping spaces with plenty of room. (We were 4, but the place could easily sleep 6). Wildwood (just down the road) was a beautiful oasis and the proximity to other hiking/fishing/recreation was outstanding. The hosts were excellent communicators and clearly care about helping guests have a good experience. ”

It’s location close to Hood, trails, and other fun activities was perfect and secluded enough to not get a bunch of traffic. “Our stay in government camp was great at this cabin! Very close to mount hood hikes and activities as well as only an hourish drive from portland! Blane was very responsive to our questions and the cabin was well kept and perfect for the 2 of us staying. The bed was exceptionally comfy. Also, the surrounding town is very cute with several options of places to eat and a general store that had everything you could need!”

Beds and supplies were fine - as expected for a rental that has regular visitors. Extra blankets were great as it was cold at night (and we don't like to sleep with the heat going). "La propiedad es encantadora, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días de reposo y tranquilidad. Los espacios utilizables a diario perfectamente limpios, sin embargo, se nota que necesita un poco de cariño. Las telarañas abundan por doquier y hay lugares, como la repisa de la chimenea, que no han sido limpiados en mucho tiempo. El jardín también refleja esa falta de cariño. Si eres amante de los espacios verdes, hay momentos en los que te arremangarías i harías de jardinera.... Pero, repito, el lugar es encantador y cómodo. Muy recomendable. "
