“The home itself was a good home if you need a place to lay your head. But the amenities or upgrades are lacking, including very little electrical outlets. If you have a larger party, it can sleep a lot of people, but it can be difficult to move around as it is not very big. If you go in the winter, it would be a great place to stay. But our trip was in the summer and that house gets hot. The house does not have A/C and that is okay for an old house, but it would be better if they supplied fans.……

“This is a great, well-thought out little studio with a spacious bathroom. It had most everything we needed, and there were some nice, unexpected touches, like the cornhole game and the excellent tea selection -- even Bengal Spice, my favorite! Barb had a fire expertely built for us in the chimena -- one match was all it needed and we had a nice evening in the glider enjoying the flame. There's a big grassy area to play with dogs (including the Barb's sweet dog Stevie), and the trail on the……

“Cute cabin with a beautiful view of the river! Easy drive to Mt. Hood Skibowl. Hot tub was really nice too after a day in the snow. Kitchen was well-appointed, and everything was clean. Overall positive experience! The top room is pretty tight. Our kids thought it was cool but if you’re an adult the room is really short, like an attic. And the stairs up to that room are pretty narrow and steep. I probably didn’t look at the pictures closely enough, but fyi. We still enjoyed our stay immensely!”
