Beautiful view … nice outside area with propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs

Overall it was very good. The only reasons for less than the best rating are: 1) The internet was horrible; I had to use my own hotspot, which was costly, throughout the trip. 2) I emailed about some amenities before hand and never received an answer, though a frig was present in the room - and I imagine that was provided because of my email, but I had no knowledge of it. 3) Front desk couldn't help me understand how to retrieve a voice mail 4) I was expecting to rely on the Tea Cafe for coffee during my stay but it was closed most of the time 5) I believe I was charged twice for incidentals on my Amex, and still have not received a response to my email inquiry about it.

This hotel was great. Very clean and updated, very good staff. Everything was smooth. The only issue I had was the Wifi was terrible. Other then that, Great stay.
