“Clean room and breakfast nice staff”

“When we walked into the first room, there was a smell in there the cover up another smell and it was terrible. You couldn’t even breathe and the sink in the bathroom was cracked 12 inches. The second room smells bad too, and he couldn’t stand in that room, finally the third room didn’t smell as bad but you can tell everything was not taken care of.”

“We really liked the suite concept for our family. When we arrived, the hotel representative at the front desk was wonderful! She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond Sunday and Monday night. She even allowed our kids a few extra minutes in the pool after closing, which we greatly appreciated. Tuesday night was a different experience. Around 9:30, we planned to let the kids swim for about 30 minutes to wind down—it’s vacation! The front desk representative told us we would have to……

“The room was clean and spacious. Nice bed and bedding. Bathroom was small with no vent system, but it was clean. The hallways and lobby were hot but the ac in the room kept us comfortable. Husband enjoyed the morning breakfast. We were in town visiting family and didn’t spend much time at the hotel. It was in a great location.”
