We loved staying here! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was delicious. We loved having all the space outside for playing with and walking our Buddy. He loved it too!

The cleanliness of the breakfast area and sitting areas was lacking. The hand sanitizer at the breakfast bar was out the whole time I was staying. I told 2 people and they said it’s been out for months. Still no one bothered to fix the situation by going to a local store and getting a huge bottle to set on the counter. Many food items ran out each day before breakfast hours were over. The couches, floors and tables needed to be cleaned. There was always dirt, crumbs and sticky spots all over. The fire alarm also went off 2 times by mistake during the stay, once at 1:30am.

The hotel is quiet and the breakfast is good, but there is smoking smell in the room although the front desk told me that all rooms are non-smoking. We got two fire alarms, one of which happened at 1:35am and all people had to get out, and the alarms disappeared in a few minutes without reasons.
