Cleanliness. Staff was friendly, location great. We didn't like that I coffee pot was cleaned with bleach. First cup of tea made, one swallow made me sick. You could smell the bleach. The cigarette refuse bin outside was full and not emptied. The tall thin blue thing. We don't smoke, but witnessed the cigarette trash in flower pots and plants, which was distasteful. We entered in a side door to see this, not sure if all were the same.

The beds were very uncomfortable. My husband woke up with an aching back. I woke up every 30 minutes because the mattress was so hard. Im a side sleeper and my arms kept falling asleep! Otherwise the property was great!

I really liked this property. The lobby is very nice and active with a bar, breakfast area and lots of lounge. My room was big not your typical small room that you see in many national brands lately. I was impressed and will be back when in Charleston on business.
