Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel.

Average for the price. It was a bit rundown but not bad. I noticed more noise from neighbors than normal. I also thought the small metal tray attached to the wall was not a good replacement for a night stand. Overall it was clean and comfortable but don’t know if I will book at the same place next time.

I stayed at this hotel from Friday to Sunday, but unfortunately I had to check out early on Saturday night because of the noise. The biggest issue is the poor sound insulation. The TVs from other rooms seem to be mounted on the wall right behind the headboards, so you can clearly hear everything from the neighboring rooms. During the night, my neighbor was playing loud music and it was almost impossible to sleep. I understand that noise can happen, but the structure of the rooms really needs improvement when it comes to soundproofing. It made the stay very uncomfortable and I was not able to rest. The location is good, but because of this experience I would probably not stay here again unless the noise issue is addressed.

Spotless room, recently re done and very tasteful and contemporary. Beds were awesome, ceramic mugs and large glasses. There were no nightstands or table lamps, only a shared wall lamp between beds, so that was a downer for me. I used our cooler as a night stand. Friendly staff. The room and lobby were decorated with the owner's art work which is sort of modern impressionist land and sea scapes. Very very nice. We will probably be back.

The room was very cold. The heater worked but was very noisy. Only one very thin blanket on the bed. We paid extra for premium room not realizing the premium rooms overlook the road and it was very busy and noisy all night long. The in room coffee was terrible.

Room did not look like photo on website. Lighting was bad. Refrigerator was missing its handle. Heating unit was loud. Other noise came into room, too. Place felt a bit dingy.

Yes room was clean and parking was easy. Check in was professional and fast. The heater was loud but it worked well. The toilet area of the bathroom could’ve been nicer and the tub was old. The outside grounds could’ve been cleaner and the leaves cleaned up. There was a fireplace outside but wasn’t on.

The room was great. Had all the accommodations for being a small room, very clean all my needs were met. The only thing I would had enjoyed better was the cable service great for people who like to stream and are efficient in using service. I like simply and easy. I would recommend the Anacortes Inn. GREAT RATES. 🙂🙂
