"Exterior & hotel rooms were decorated nicely but there is a lingering cigarette smell even if it’s a non-smoking room. They should have a designated smokers area like the newer casinos. Pool hours are not good, they close very early. They close at 6pm and no hot tub or jacuzzi in the pool area. They should extend pool hours so kids can enjoy and since we pay the “Resort Fee” each day. The front desk people are nice too. Housekeeping was horrible. They did not clean our rooms unless we call them, our whole stay we had to call and ask them to get us towels and throw the trash out. One time they didn’t even bring the clean towels we asked for. We did not even have the do not disturb sign on the door hung, the housecleaners had lots of opportunities to clean the our room yet they didn’t. No microwave in the rooms as well. Overall, it was an okay experience. Nice rooms just needs to be tweaked and train the housecleaning people "

"Decent cheap hotel if you plan to be out and about, but they mixed up our group rooms. Majority of the outlets do not work. Our group got split up and they couldn't put us on the same floor when they told me they could. 1 room got house keeping and the other room did not when I requested for daily house keeping for both rooms."
