"The check in process was not the best.
It was a tablet ck in, then you wait for a text to then go to another tablet to program your own key cards. And if you have a question or need assistance with anything else there was another line for that.
Which I had to wait about 20 mins my turn for someone to program my room key to my parking that I had already paid for on the first tablet.
AND THEN my parking didn't even work.
I had to call service from the parking exit stand EVERYTIME.
We traveled with a group of friends and when asked if our rooms could be semi close to any of the 6 parties that were there. We were told no that the rms are pre-assigned.
The 6 couples of us were all scattered out at all 4 different points of the pyramid and we were not able to access each other's floors even, without a room/color key to that corner of the pyramid.
The rooms were clean.
No refrigerator
No microwave
No sign direction in the building to exit to the strip."
