“Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. Regardless of these issues the place itself was a charm. The wooden walkway gave it a nice feel. I would……

“Probably one of our most favorite stays ever! These tiny homes are perfect for our family of four. Only 20 minutes to the Zion entrance. Close to food and a short drive for a grocery store. We loved that they had a pool and an outside seating area with a fire pit. We like there is no carpet so you can just tell it’s clean. I highly recommend The Riv because it was my kids favorite place to stay with their loft beds.”
