Mountain States condominium resorts to rent from $62

"All was good except kind of a rip off was charged for 2 days of parking on top of resort fee when we did not arrive till around 6 or 7 p.m and left by 7 next morning. Also a 61 dollar and some change I was supposed to be charged when arrived ended being 121 something on top of room rate already paid. We took nothing off of snack bar. So not sure where the extra 20 or so charge is coming from after resort fee and 2 nights parking."

"Overall the stay was good. Central location on the strip was very convenient. Only complaints would be the elevators being backed up at times due to multiple not working, and the over powering scent used in the lobby/entance areas."

"Checkin was all digital, no in person, and received a 2nd floor room that was all blocked by an ugly wall and giant ac unit. Had to check our bags back in for the 2nd time, while waiting for a changed room... this time talking with a person. What a difference it makes, 26th floor with a decent view. The rooms safe was closed and needed a tech to reset, and we were required to sit in our room to wait for his arrival. After 30 min we called services again and complained that we were not paying to sit in the room, nor did we come to visit LV to sit in our room. It was already 2pm, we were in LV for almost 4 hours at this point. All this could have been avoided prior to our arrival. 2nd day, the toilet didnt flush, we had to use the lobby bathroom after they hadn't fixed the issue in the first 2 hours. After coming back around 4 hours later it was fixed. Hard to find friendly people working here also, unless you're pre tipping, then the smiles and service show up. We've stayed at this hotel casino a few times, hard pressed to think we'll return."
