“They deliberately provide a totally wrong address, which is in the middle of city, but when we get there at night, there is no such a hotel, after a google search, we figured out it’s actually 10 km away. We have to hire two motorcycles to get there.when we get there, it actually in the middle of cemetery, a lot of dogs around, and it’s extremely dangerous for us. And there is no hot water too, and sofa was hold with a few breaks.”

“We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes!
The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where……

“Staff is nice!... but management or leadership is nonexistent. Facility is in dire need of remodel as price does not match quality. “Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer……
