There were charming details everywhere, including a library and the expansive terrace where we enjoyed breakfast. Best of all were Francesca and the friendly, welcoming staff who gave us good directions and were accommodating when we arrived late.”

"Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you."
