Staff were all so kind and welcoming, absolutely no complaints in that area. The main issue I had with the room was although the bed was made, there were mysterious discolored splotches on the sheets and lots of crumbs/stray hairs.

I loved the Nature suite. Had everything needed to make breakfast or simple meals. It was very clean and comfortable and within only a 15 minute walk to 8th street the main dinning strip. Would stay here for sure again.

This is a wonderful hotel and was recently updated. It has the wonderful benefit of being above the finest restaurant in the city. For the business traveler, this hotel is perfect. However, there is no breakfast. There is no lunch and consequently, no room service. So if you’re staying several days after a while, it becomes a bit of a bummer that you need to walk and find someplace to eat breakfast and lunch. There is also no microwave in the room. However, if you’re staying overnight, you can’t beat it. We got a great rate and it was cheaper than the Hilton Garden Inn, and similar, which are much below this in standard of quality. However, for us, the lack of breakfast and lunch became an issue after several days.

Polite and helpful staff. Nice facility that is clean and smells nice.
