"it was exactly what I wanted. i'm 84 and wanted to stay on the oceanfront and the boardwalk was what I wanted. as a kid in 1949 or 1950i stayed with my parents in a little apartment over a souveneer shop on the boardwalk and I was trying to relive that wonderful memory. I did. so pitiful when hurricane hazel tore up Carolina beach."
