Condo on Wide, Quiet, Family-Friendly Beach

Jane’s Addiction, named after our daughter, is located in a quiet, family-friendly condo complex, Southpointe Villas. It is an ocean-front complex located 2.4 miles south of the Garden City Pier. It is the southern-most condo complex of Garden City Beach before reaching what is known as The Point. It is fully gated with private beach access and an ocean-front pool.

Our unit is on the 3rd-floor, on the street side. (**Please note, this is a 3-story building, and there is NOT an elevator.**) From our balcony, you have limited inlet and ocean views. This is a small and quaint condo complex intended for relaxation and beach-fun. Being a small complex and in an area with mostly private homes, means never fighting a crowd on the beach. This charming location is away from the hustle and bustle, and yet convenient to shops and restaurants. It is within walking distance to the popular GulfStream Café and Marlin Quay Marina, and only a short drive or bike ride to the Garden City Pier.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The updated hall bathroom has a full-size tub with shower. The updated bathroom in the master bedroom that has a toilet, sink, and stand-up shower. The unit includes Wi-Fi, 3 flat-screen TVs , a Blue-Ray player and a DVD player. Shared charcoal grills are available for use on the landscaped grounds. A coin-operated laundry room is also available for all complex guests.

Since purchasing the unit, we have renovated the kitchen, both bathrooms, painted throughout, installed new floors, installed new doors, and added a stackable washer and dryer. Some of the pictures reflect these updates and some pictures we are working to get updated.
The kitchen was renovated in the Spring of 2017.
A compact washer and dryer stacked unit was installed Fall 2019.
All new floors were installed throughout the unit in 2019.
All of the walls throughout were painted in 2019.
Both bathrooms renovated Spring of 2022.

*There must be at least one adult age 25+ staying in the condo for the entirety of the booking. You will be required upon booking to provide a picture of your ID. Please email a picture of your ID when requesting a booking. If found that an adult 25+ years of age is not staying in the unit for the entire stay, you will be evicted and forfeit all fees and deposits.*
*Along with sending a picture of your ID, you must also provide a list of any and all overnight guests including their names an ages. Please email this list along with a picture of your ID. This is required upon booking.*
**Not providing a picture ID and list of guests as described above could result in a cancelation of your reservation.**
*This is a small and quiet complex, absolutely no parties of any kind. Having parties will result in eviction and you will forfeit all fees and deposits.*
