Conveniently located near the beach and also very close to stores. Mr. Hines made the process a breeze and even stopped by by to clean the pool ! Which I really appreciated since my kids were at the pool the whole time the pool needed shock and Mr. Hines came by and cleaned it for us. Neighbors were no trouble. The furniture is very dated - Not comfortable. The carpet could use some cleaning and maybe updating. The back yard needed mowing. The dryer would not dry the clothes. Called the owner and he was out of town and said we could use the laundry mat down the road. Several lights were out in the rental. Also, he has a window in the master bedroom that is leaking bad when it rains. Had to put towels down and hang them to dry. The beds were comfortable although the communal area has uncomfortable sofas. The kitchen could be better stocked, no serving bowls, sharp knives or Tupperware. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom needs serious repair.
