Not worth the $$ plus it floods
A warning that this property floods monthly and when it does you have to find a place to park your car off site to get in and out of the bldg going through back alleys. I came to this condo from out of town and called the mgmt team. Unfortunately they just claimed it was common and there was nothing to be done. The property itself was also not worth the price.
